Please be advised that Diligent will be performing its regular monthly patching maintenance across the enterprise this weekend. This maintenance window will run from Friday through Sunday.
After patching is complete, we will conduct rolling application restarts between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM in each data center’s local time zone. This will begin with Australia at 10:00 PM (7:00 AM EST).
During this period, some products may experience brief, intermittent interruptions in service, but we do not anticipate any extended outages. Our teams will closely monitor all systems throughout the maintenance to minimize impact and ensure services are restored quickly if interruptions occur.
